Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-24
This Refund Policy explains how Web Dubbing handles cancellations, credits, service failures, duplicate charges, and refund requests. The product, price, currency, billing interval, and renewal terms displayed at checkout and recorded by the payment processor are the terms for your actual purchase. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription using the account or billing controls made available for your purchase, or by contacting support@webdubbing.io if those controls are unavailable. Submit cancellation before the next renewal if you want to avoid a future charge. The billing interface or confirmation identifies when cancellation takes effect and whether access or unused subscription credits remain available through the current period.
Cancelling stops future renewal according to the recorded cancellation time; it does not automatically refund a charge already settled. We do not state a universal notice period or prorated-refund rule because the applicable checkout terms, processor, product, and law may differ.
2. Subscriptions and Renewal Charges
If you believe a renewal was charged after a valid cancellation, send us the cancellation confirmation and transaction details. We will compare the request with account and processor records and provide the remedy required by the applicable purchase terms and law. Other subscription refund requests are reviewed using the same records, including usage and credits consumed during the billed period.
3. Credit and One-Time Purchases
Terms for one-time credit purchases, including any expiration or usage restrictions, are shown at purchase or in your account. Because a task can consume third-party compute, AI processing, and storage resources, used credits are not automatically refundable. Requests involving unused credits are evaluated under the purchase terms, payment status, and applicable law. Credits have no guaranteed cash-redemption value unless the purchase terms or law expressly provide otherwise.
4. Failed Tasks and Delivery or Storage Problems
A failed, interrupted, or inaccessible task does not always produce the same remedy. If a confirmed Service failure consumed credits or a payment without providing the purchased result, Web Dubbing may, as appropriate, restore credits, retry the task, provide a replacement, or issue a refund. We review task logs, provider status, whether a usable result was delivered, and any later storage or download failure. Failures caused by unsupported input, rights or policy violations, user error, or systems outside our reasonable control may be treated differently, subject to applicable law.
5. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
Contact us promptly if you see a duplicate, incorrect, or unrecognized charge. Once a duplicate or incorrect charge is confirmed against our order records and the payment processor's settlement records, we will correct it or submit the appropriate refund. For an unrecognized charge, also use the security and dispute controls offered by your payment provider.
6. Refund Method and Settlement
Approved cash refunds are normally submitted to the original payment method. Availability, currency conversion, taxes or processor fees, settlement timing, and the date funds appear are governed by the payment processor, payment method, financial institution, transaction status, and applicable law. Web Dubbing cannot promise a fixed bank settlement time. A processor confirmation means the refund was submitted, not that every financial institution has completed posting it.
7. How to Request Review
Email support@webdubbing.io from the address associated with your account and include the order or transaction identifier, task identifier if relevant, charge date and amount, and a short explanation. Do not email complete card or bank-account numbers. We may request information needed to verify account ownership, diagnose a task, and match processor records.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this Policy as products, billing methods, processors, or legal requirements change. The version that applies to a purchase is determined by the purchase terms and applicable law. We will post updates here and revise the date above.
